LA Weekly recently ran an escort ad in the back of their magazine with a picture of Brenda Song promoting her side job as a call girl.
You may recognize her as London Tipton from the Disney series The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, or her lead role in the Disney Channel Original Movie, Wendy Wu: Homecoming Warrior. Disney knows really knows how to pick ‘em, huh? Haha, just kidding. The picture actually violates copyright laws and is an unauthorized picture.
According to TMZ, a rep told them:
This is an unauthorized use of Brenda Song’s image and her personal attorney has issued a cease and desist to the advertiser
Phewww. Good thing too, cuz this girl is a good role model for other teens and Asian-Americans. In addition to her roles on Disney and other films, Brenda Song has a pretty good list of credentials:
- Black belt in Tae Kwon Do
- Won Asian Television Award for “Best Newcomer”
- Named The Queen of Disney by CosmoGIRL! and Popstar! Magazine
- Voted “AOL’s Top 20 Tween (and Teen) TV Stars”
And another cool fact–she’s half Hmong and half Thai, but was born in the states. Let’s just hope she keeps it clean and doesn’t become tomorrow’s Britney or Lindsay.
